•  In my 25+ years of experience in teaching & research, I came across a number of students who have brainstormed with me what they must do ahead to build their career. Choosing a career path and understanding the requirements to pursue it, is crucial. But sometimes coaching is required to identify the "right" career. And with still others there might have been career gaps & the client needs to bounce back. For some, it may be transition- a need arises for changing the career path. At Tanish center, we guide you to gain the clarity to choose & build a career or even transition to a new one. We equip our clients with the right mindset, perspectives and strategies to deal with the challenges at workplace and confidently pursue their growth and desired career progress.  Students struggling with their studies can find significant difference after they have sessions with Tanish to better their study habits, concentration and time management. 

• Skill Enhancement Courses equip us with the crucial value add over & above academic knowledge and widens our horizons; preparing us for the world of work. 
• The center works with colleges to design, conduct & evaluate skills enhancement courses. 
• With these courses the colleges will be able to provide to their students 30/45/60 hour courses that will enhance the analytical & employability skills of their students. In addition, it will enable the colleges to fulfill the requirements of NAAC accreditation and NEP.
• Skill Enhancement Courses offered:  Basic Research Skills & Basic Data Skills courses, Quantitative Economics (Basic and Advanced level) courses for UG students and Course on Financial Planning/Financial Advisor skills for UG & PG students. The research consultancy services provided by the center  include guiding project & dissertation work for UG and PG students. It will also encompass consultation for preparing PhD proposals, developing data collection techniques, data analysis and thesis writing.  

Dr. Sujata Khadilkar has guided PhD students and several PG students in their research projects/dissertations.
