Tanish is a centre for career conselling and coaching.  Tanish Career Counselling and Growth Centre  was started with a simple yet powerful vision: to help individuals make confident, informed and fulfilling career decisions at every stage in their career. We are on a mission to empower individuals to excel. It is a comprehensive platform for UG & PG students, researchers, those pursuing career, working individuals and the retired. 

The centre undertakes academic coaching for higher education. It designs and conducts  skill enhancement courses. It also provides research consultancy and career coaching. Centre helps clients to deal with a variety of difficulties they face in making career choices, planning and career development & workplace adaptation. Career coaching sessions have helped clients to make informed career choices and regain focus to pursue their careers. The inspiration to set up this centre comes from the genuine understanding of academic & career guidance needs grasped by Dr. Sujata Khadilkar during her 25+ years of experience in higher education, academics and research.

At Tanish centre, career coaching doesn't stop merely at giving information. It involves being empathetic, understanding client needs, mentoring and  acting as an accountability partner. Apart from the one-on-one sessions, we also provide resources and tools/activities post session. This has helped clients to regain their focus, build  self-confidence and empower the clients' career decisions and future career journey. We conduct face-to-face as well as online career coaching.
